“Such a stylish character full of hotel. Great for families with entertainment thrown in. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The evening meal was a buffet style with wide variety including a choice of Vegan food. The vegetables were perfectly cooked. The Entertainers took time to talk on character to diners, a really happy atmosphere.” Donna H on Tripadvisor

“We stayed for two nights and it was a very unique experience. The food that was included with the stay was fabulous and the concierge staff went above and beyond. The rooms are very luxurious, and the complementary bottle of Prosecco was a great welcome gift.
Something to bear in mind is that the stay is in a medieval tower, so yes it’s a very unique place for a getaway and one of a kind experience! But also, the stay IS in a medieval tower - so there are narrow stairs that lead to the room. The staircase is open to general castle visitors so access can be tricky due to crowds, it can also be quite loud outside of the room door during peak times.” - Adrianna Sumner on Google

“This was a beautiful castle full of history, activities and beautiful architecture! Lots of activities aimed at kids, and also plenty to see for adults interested in history. Some very good visuals bring history to life! the Kingmaker is really well done and super interesting. the dungeons experience was fantastic, the actors were brilliant, that was the best part for my party. The insults in the court scene were so funny. Amazing experience for the family! It’s worth the money. You can spend all day there. So much to see and many attractions. Something for everybody.” - winnie c on Tripadvisor

“Beautiful and impressive castle! We enjoyed exploring the wall walk which has information boards. The state rooms were impressive and our visit was enhanced by an excellent guided tour by the very knowledgeable Andrew. We were also lucky to do the Castle Dungeon experience. The actors were very good and it was an edge of your seat experience. The King Maker exhibition could have done with more information about the Earl of Warwick but very engaging for children. Lots of walking so wear suitable footwear and if any mobility issues check ahead. But they were very accommodating for this. Do have lunch at the Tea Room rather than the Undercroft for more choice of food.” - Heathsr11 on Tripadvisor
