Coaches

Drivers arriving with pre-booked tours or pre-paid school groups are permitted free entry on the day.

If your Driver is accompanying a pre-paid school trip, booked via the Warwick Castle Education Team, they’ll need to present a copy of the booking confirmation at the Ticket Window to receive their free entry ticket.

If your Driver is accompanying a pre-booked tour, organised by a registered tour operator, they’ll need to present a valid booking confirmation number. This is a 9-digit number (starting with a 5) found on the confirmation (and tickets) when the booking is made.

Hotels

If you’d like to provide your hotel guests with Warwick Castle admission tickets, then please contact our exclusive partners at Open Pass.
