Light Trail Evenings
Sensory Light Trail
Date: Monday 8th December 2025
- Time slot capacity is limited to reduce crowds
- All lighting will be either static or very slow transitions.
- music and sound effects will be lowered.
- Break-out/quiet areas will be available should a guest require a space to centre themselves.
A sensory map will be available both in hand and online, the online version will include short videos of each area.
- There are no roaming characters
- An accessible version of Stories with Santa will be available on this night.
We understand that meeting Santa can be impossible for some children with autism, as he is so often behind closed doors, which makes it difficult for children to prepare themselves. On the sensory night Santa will be on view with his elves, but not directly on the trail itself. This will help children who wish to approach him and Mrs Claus.
- The light trail team will receive specific sensory night training
