FAQ SECTION

ENTRY & SECURITY

Yes. You can bring a small bag. To maximise the safety of everyone attending the event, all customers will be subject to a thorough security check when they arrive. We class small bags as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm. We do not allow large bags into the event.

No, pass-outs and re-entry are not permitted. Once you leave the event site, you will not be allowed back in.

You must be 14+ to enter the event. Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+).

Challenge 25 will be in operation. You may be asked to provide valid photo ID for age verification.

Accepted ID includes: valid in-date photographic driving licence, a passport, or a Citizen Card
with approved hologram. Photocopies and Proof of Age Cards will not be accepted. If you
cannot provide ID that is valid and in date, you will be refused sales of alcohol at the event site.

FOOD & DRINK

No. Food and drink purchased off-site, including alcohol, cannot be brought into the event grounds. However, we have a wide selection of fully stocked bars and food stalls available on-site. Unopened bottles of water are permitted.

PERMITTED & PROHIBITED ITEMS

No. You cannot bring Camping Chairs or umbrellas. Small blankets are ok.

No, flags and banners are not allowed.

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Flags or banners
  • Any form of glassware (including perfume bottles)
  • Corkscrews
  • Camping stoves
  • Cutlery & Knives
  • Tables
  • BBQs
  • Candles, torches, or any naked flames
  • Aerosols (including deodorant)
  • Professional cameras or video equipment with lenses over 5 inches
  • Drones
  • Animals (except registered assistance dogs)
  • Any item deemed a security risk, dangerous, offensive, or disruptive (e.g., sound systems, fireworks, aerosols, weapons, corrosive substances)

VENUE & LOCATION

The event is at Warwick Castle – Pageant Field.

No, there is no parking on-site. We strongly recommend using public transport or local taxi services. Official event parking will be available in Warwick Town Centre, with signposted car parks.

  • Buses: Drop off at Warwick Town Centre (5-minute walk to the venue). [More info]
  • Trains: Warwick Train Station is a 10-minute walk from the venue. Trains run until approximately 11:00 PM. Please check schedules in advance. [More info]

No, charging facilities are not available, so please arrive with a fully charged phone.

Yes, free water stations will be available throughout the venue.

Yes, this is an open-air event.

The event will go ahead in all weather conditions unless it becomes unsafe to do so. We recommend checking the forecast and dressing appropriately

No, there are no ATMs at the event. Please note that this is a cashless event, and all vendors will only accept card or contactless payments.

Lost and found will be managed at the Welfare Tent. If you find an item, please take it to Welfare so it can be logged. If you have lost something, visit Welfare to report it or check if it has been handed in.

Yes, first aid facilities will be available on-site. If you require medical assistance, please visit the first aid tent or speak to a member of staff.

ENTERTAINMENT & SCHEDULE

VIP & TICKETING

VIP ticket holders receive:

  • VIP Golden Circle access
  • Private VIP village with exclusive food vendors, bars & toilets
  • Exclusive VIP entrance lanes

Tickets will be available via the ticketing provider, and you will receive confirmation via email. If you have any ticketing issues, please contact the ticket provider directly.

If VIP packages are not sold out in advance of the event, Yes, you can purchase an upgrade on-site. Please note that VIP space is limited, and upgrades on the day will be on a first-come, first-served basis
