Yes, this is a picnic-style event, so you are welcome to bring food and drink. However, the following restrictions apply:

Alcohol limits per adult:

  • Up to 1 litre of wine in unopened plastic or cardboard containers.
  • Larger boxes of wine are allowed if shared between a group, provided it does not exceed 1 litre per person.
  • Up to 4 cans of beer, cider, or pre-mixed spirits.
  • Soft drinks and water in plastic, cardboard, or cans.

Yes, small folding chairs, seat sticks, and umbrellas (up to 1m in length) are allowed. Small
blankets are also permitted.

  • Corkscrews
  • Camping stoves
  • Tables
  • BBQs
  • Candles, torches, or any naked flames

  • Professional cameras or video equipment with lenses over 5 inches
  • Drones
  • Animals (except registered assistance dogs)
  • Any item deemed a security risk, dangerous, offensive, or disruptive (e.g., sound
    systems, fireworks, aerosols, weapons, corrosive substances)

No, there is no parking on-site. We strongly recommend using public transport or local taxi services. Official event parking will be available in Warwick Town Centre, with signposted car parks.

EVENT FACILITIES & ACCESSIBILITY

General admission is standing, but you are permitted to bring small folding chairs. If you have a VIP ticket, seating is available in the VIP Golden Circle area.
