Absolutely! Our vouchers work just like cash, so you can use them during sales and promotions, just as you would any other payment method. They are valid for all bookings made directly through our website. However, please remember that vouchers cannot be used for bookings made through third-party companies like BLC, Expedia, and others.

1. Warwick Castle Short Breaks Gift Vouchers ('Gift Vouchers') are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, and the voucher cannot be used after the expiration date.
2. Gift Vouchers cannot be resold, refunded or exchanged for cash for any reason.
3. Gift Vouchers are issued by and can only be redeemed with Merlin Entertainments Holidays Limited.
4. Gift Vouchers can only be used for Short Breaks at Warwick Castle (the ‘Attraction’).
5. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online at the payment stage of the booking process for a short break via the Warwick Castle short break bookings site at Short Break Accommodation | Warwick Castle. This site can also be used to check accommodation availability.  Bookings are subject to accommodation availability, and accommodation and Attraction opening dates.  Attraction opening dates are available at https://www.warwick-castle.com/plan-your-day/castle-information/opening-hours/ . Early booking is recommended, and Merlin shall not be held responsible if you are unable to book your preferred accommodation on your preferred dates.

Gift Vouchers can only be used as full or part payment for a Short Break or any Upgrades/Extras as part of booking a Short Break, and cannot be used at any shops or restaurants at the Attraction, to purchase stand-alone Attraction day tickets, to purchase additional gift vouchers, or for any other purpose.
7. All Short Break reservations will be subject to the Short Break Terms and Conditions. Where part or all of a refund-eligible reservation was purchased using a Gift Voucher, you will receive a Gift Voucher to the value of the amount spent as part of the refund.

9. MERLIN MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT VOUCHERS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT VOUCHER IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND MERLIN’S SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT VOUCHER.
10. By purchasing a Gift Voucher you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
11. All Short Break reservations are subject to all applicable terms and conditions set out by the Attraction, including the Attraction’s Terms and Conditions of Entry.
